Spring is now upon us and planning should be in place for the planting of your garden.
It is good practice to prepare a trench for the burial of your fermented food waste in advance of where you might plant seeds or seedlings.
I have done this, this week in preparation for the planting of sweet corn in about 6 weeks time.
Another method is to create a mound made up of fermented foodwaste and compost and soil for the planting of pumpkins. This is next after the trench has been filled and covered .
