Modern conventional chemical methods associated with gardening and horticulture, and years of tillage and cropping have, in some cases, resulted in decreasing organic matter and minerals, and increasing problems with disease and pests. Organic matter is a crucial ingredient if you want healthy, living, productive soil for your plants, produce or animals.

Yet many of these problems can be rectified by simple management of your soil by re-mineralisation and bio-augmentation.
